Lesieli is the seventh child out of nine in her family and
is the first to attend university.
Her teachers commended her enthusiasm for learning and her
determination to achieve the goals she set herself.
As well as contributing to school co-curricular activities that
include playing premier touch and softball, she tutored the
Avondale Intermediate Girls Tongan group and also volunteered at
the New Lynn Hospice shop.
Lesieli aspires to become a young Tongan lawyer . She is
currently studying for a LLB/BA at The University of Auckland.
