"A determined and focused student who has clear goals and the
drive to reach these. She is confident, conscientious and
co-operative," said Lele's Principal of her in 2006. At school Lele
had a 96% attendance record and whilst achieving excellent academic
results she also participated in many extracurricular activities. A
fine sports woman, Lele played a wide range of sports including;
Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Netball and Softball.
After hearing the number of curricular and extra-curricular
activities that Lele was involved in, Warwick Milbank, HR Manager
at the time at Fletcher Aluminium declared "She cannot have much
time to watch TV!" Fletcher Aluminium has had the privilege of
seeing the potential that they saw initially in Lele, unfold.
In 2012 Lele completed a BA in Event Management
and Public Relations and in June 2013 joined Corporate Challenge as
their Event Coordinator.
In 2015 she won a Rotary Young-Person Leadership Award (RYLA) and
attended a week long live-in experiential leadership development
programme.
Lele is currently working at The Conference Company.
