At school Jermaine was a successful all-rounder making him an
excellent role model for other young Maori students. His Yr 12 Dean
saw Jermaine as "a charming, personable and outgoing young man, who
has a positive attitude and makes the most of opportunities, both
at school and in life."
Jermaine is known for his work ethic. "Jermaine's obvious
determination to succeed in his chosen career impressed us…he has
great potential," said Rosalind Baker, Human Resources Manager at
Bell Gully. Jermaine's hard work has seen him through a Diploma in
Exercise Science and a Bachelors of Sport and Exercise Science at
Waikato Institute of Technology (WINTEC).
Having completed his scholarship in 2005 and graduated from WINTEC
in 2008, Jermaine is worked full-time as a qualified Personal
Trainer Les Mills Xtreme in Wellington City.
