Connah's goal is to be a role model by being the first
in his immediate family and first of 35 grandchildren on his
father's side to attend university.
Not only is he a consistent academic achiever, he was a large
contributor to the year 12 leadership group charged with
implementing strategies to lift student development.
Connah is very active on the sports field, representing the school,
regionally and nationally for touch and rugby. He also
stepped up to leadership positions by captaining the
Wellington U15 and U17 and vice-captaining for the New Zealand
U17 touch teams.
After completing his final school year, Connah aims to study
at Victoria University of Wellington working towards a
Bachelor of Architectural Studies.
